Presentation Instructions

BIO

Please send a short bio to networking2007@ece.osu.edu (15-30 seconds) for your paper introduction. Use the following subject line: Networking 2007 BIO for PAPER <..#..>

If someone else (who is not an author of your paper) will present your paper, then please send their bio information and email address.

PAPER PRESENTATION

The paper presentation slots are 20 minutes in TOTAL. Please plan to present for 15-18 minutes, which allows 2-5 minutes for your introduction and questions at the end.

To be fair to all presenters, as well as to allow the audience members a chance to ask questions, please expect a strict time limit of 20 minutes for the presentations.

EQUIPMENT

A vga projector will be provided in each room, as well as a computer with Microsoft Power Point and Adobe Acrobat Reader. To use our computer for your presentation, you will need to bring a memory stick or CD with your presentation. (We also recommend that you email a copy to yourself as a backup.)

POSTER PRESENTATION

The posters will be arranged by author and/or poster number as referenced by the list of posters on the conference website.

You will need to bring your poster with you to the conference. However, the conference will provide an easel, poster board, and glue for mounting. The dimension of the poster board is (32" X 40").

Please come to the poster session at least 15 minutes early to allow for setup.
